Special Cancellation Policy, 2021 only, due to COVID-19
Due to the unique circumstances this year, we are offering three options for deposit treatment in the event you need to cancel your reservation.
1. Change your dates, even into 2022, and maintain your full deposit paid.
2. Opt for a refund to a gift card, and receive the full monetary value of the deposit you paid. Gift cards never expire.
3. Cash refunds will be issued at 75% of original amount paid, in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.
Deposits paid are 75% refundable, if cancellation notice is given at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Deposits paid will not be refunded if cancellation notice is given with less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Deposits paid for holiday reservations (including our Halloween Weekend) are non-refundable.
3 night minimum stay required for Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekends.
