Casita Policies
- Check in is after 3:00 p.m. but no later than 10:00 p.m., check out is by 11:00 a.m. Sorry, no late departures!
- Maximum occupancy is 6 people
- NO smoking
- NO pets
- NO tents allowed on Casita sites
- Minimum rental age is 21
- 2 night minimum rental
- 3 night minimum rental on any holiday weekend.
- 5 night minimum rental for any reservation that includes the 4th of July.
- When departing, please leave Casita in same condition as at check in
- INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Refrigerator emptied and clean
- All personal items removed
- Garbage emptied and properly disposed
- *Excessive post departure cleaning by our staff will be charged to the customer at a rate of $100.
- Television and heating/cooling remote controls MUST be left in the unit upon departure. Failure to account for any of these items will be charged to the customer at a rate of $100.
Deposit Policy
A deposit equivalent to one night's rental must be provided by the customer at the time a reservation is made. Upon check in, the customer must provide a credit card for incidentals and any potential damages.
